Upcoming Meeting July 6, 2010 Whenever, in the City of Ludington Zoning Ordinance, the lawful exercise or existence of a use requires the review by the Planning Commission, the Planning Commission is authorized and directed to investigate, to hold required public hearings, and to recommend approval or denial of the request. The Planning Commission is authorized to do all things reasonably necessary to the making of such investigation and recommendation, subject to the provisions of the Ordinance.
